present by star plus drama Mere Angne Mein Tumhara Kya Kaam Hai is an Indian soap opera, broadcast worldwide on Star Plus TV channel from 15 June 2015.[1] Although filmed in Mumbai, the series is set in Mughalsarai.
Mere Angne Mein is set in Mughalsarai, Uttar Pradesh, where the story follows the Shrivastav family. Shanti Devi, better known as Dadi, is the head of the family and she is well respected for it thus she makes all the decisions. The Shrivastav family are very traditional, therefore the sudden arrival of their modern daughter-in-law, Riya, brought a big shock to the family especailly because she was due to wed Shanti Devi's grandson, Amit, but ended up marrying the love of her life, Shivam, the other grandson of Shanti Devi.
